This is the second car I've bought from them. They were great and even worked with us on price, no hesitation. I didn't have the cruze a month and it had oil in the antifreeze. Took it to a shop we knew and they thought it might be a blown head gasket & talk to the dealership. Really confused because that's something that should have been caught. Took it to Northstar and their mechanic looked at it. Timing belt cover leaked & not a headgasket issue. We knew we bought it AS IS. The owner said no problem and is fixing the issue. Since everything is being tore apart we asked how much to change the timing belt/waterpump. Basically routine maintenance. He gave us a crazy good price. My husband used to be a mechanic before switching careers. I am totally impressed with them! I had no issues with the salesman either. Shocked to say honest car lots do exist!❤
